The RENEW Recovery Program for homeless or under-resourced women is a residential program for women who are ready to work for life transformation. The program takes about one year to complete. Women will learn Biblical truths and commit to their recovery to be God-dependent, contributing members of society.
Program students participate in group meetings, individual counseling sessions, retreats, Bible studies, work therapy, service projects and more. Participants also receive help connecting with other community resources including health care, tutoring, legal services, and employment preparation.
A KEY FOCUS OF THE PROGRAM IS TO HELP STUDENTS BECOME LIFELONG CHRISTIAN DISCIPLES WHO ARE EQUIPPED WITH THE EMOTIONAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL AND SPIRITUAL TOOLS TO LIVE SUCCESSFUL LIVES AND GIVE BACK TO THEIR COMMUNITIES.
The REFRESH Day Program for homeless and under-resourced women is a daytime-only program for women who do not require all aspects of the recovery program. The purpose of the program is to provide a safe place for single women to learn Biblical truths, get connected with community resources, and provide informative classes that will help them move forward in their lives. REFRESH offers Bible study, life skills classes, case management, crisis intervention, and referrals to other agencies.
Before intake into the recovery program, prospective students are evaluated for their readiness and compatibility with the Mission’s recovery aims and methods.
