A place to find peace.
For women currently experiencing homelessness in need of a place to spend the day, we invite you to our Refresh day program–a place to rest, grow, and find peace.
While John 3:16 Mission does not currently have an emergency overnight shelter for women, we do offer the Refresh program every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 am to 2 pm on our beautiful, safe, and peaceful Refuge campus northwest of downtown. While you’re with us, we’ll offer you lunch, snacks, showers, and laundry, and you’ll receive a bus pass. We’ll offer a safe and quiet place to spend the day, and you’ll have a chance to participate in Bible study and other classes. See our pickup procedure below.
Pickup Procedure
The Morton Bus picks up women at Salvation Army at 9 am. Our bus picks up at the Denver Bus station and our downtown shelter at 9 am. If you’re interested, just meet us at one of those locations on those days to participate. We’ll take you back to these locations at 2 pm.
