The Refuge

The Refuge is John 3:16 Mission’s largest campus, located northwest of downtown Tulsa. This campus is home to our men’s recovery program (New Creations), which is housed is the renovated former Choteau Elementary School. This building also houses our administrative offices. Next door is the Hardesty Renew Building, home to our women’s recovery program (Renew) and our day program for women experiencing homelessness (Refresh). 

The Refuge campus is located on 150 beautiful acres and is home to a working farm and ranch, both of which supply food for our Mission kitchens and work experience for our recovery students. 

Thanks to our generous donors, construction is currently underway on two new buildings–our Administration and Training Building and our new Distribution Center opening in summer 2024. Both buildings will vastly increase our abilities to serve Tulsans in need and help them build a future for their families!
