Last month, we were honored to welcome dozens of faithful volunteers—both familiar faces and new—to a special evening at the Refuge for our Volunteer Appreciation Celebration. Each volunteer was warmly welcomed by Mission staff from across our ministry so that we at John 3:16 Mission could express a heartfelt thank you and show our deep appreciation for the love and support they generously pour into serving others.
The evening featured a delicious barbecue catered dinner, setting the tone for a night of fun and connection. Guests watched videos and heard stories about the incredible impact their service makes in the lives of the people we serve every day. Volunteers also had a chance to win giveaways during a raffle.
We are so grateful for each of you—your time, compassion, and heart truly make all the difference. The Volunteer Appreciation Celebration was just a small gesture to honor the enormous impact you have on our city’s most vulnerable.
