Throughout the month of November, John 3:16 Mission partnered with local Reasor’s Walmart, and Sam’s Club stores across Tulsa to host our Thanksgiving Food Drives, gathering thousand of donated turkey’s and food items for families in need. Our community stepped up in big way as local businesses, churches, and universities provided generous contributions and volunteered their time to support the Mission’s efforts.
All of this generosity came together at our annual Thanksgiving Food Box Drive-Thru Giveaway at the John 3:16 Mission Family & Youth Center. Thousands of vehicles moved through our distribution line, and together we placed 4,560 turkeys along with all the traditional holiday fixings into the hands of families who needed them most.
We are deeply grateful for every volunteer, donor, and partner who made this possible. Your compassion made a real difference this Thanksgiving season and reminded our neighbors that they are seen, supported, and loved.
