Summer Kids’ Camp Graduation

The Family and Youth Center’s Summer Kids’ Camp (SKC) drew to a close with a graduation ceremony and baptism on July 29. Approximately 90 children were served this summer, with math and literacy tutoring each morning and games and field trips in the afternoon. Seventeen children professed faith in Christ this summer! Pastor Ira Atchison shared that it was a privilege to “walk the kids through how to pray through situations and go back to scripture for what they’re going through. We trust God will continue working through their lives beyond these eight weeks,” he said.
