This summer, our staff, guests, and Refuge Residential Recovery students across John 3:16 Mission had the opportunity to take part in the Global Leadership Summit 2026.
Hosted by the Global Leadership Network, GLS is a leadership development event that features speakers from a variety of backgrounds who share practical insights, personal experiences, and tools for growth. For many of our Refuge students, the experience provided valuable takeaways they can apply as they continue their recovery journeys and work toward a brighter future.
The sessions served as a powerful reminder that leadership isn’t defined by a title or position. It’s about using your influence to make a positive impact wherever God has placed you. As we serve individuals experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness, we want to provide resources that encourage personal growth, strengthen character, and build confidence for the road ahead.
