Remember your baptism? It is such a powerful moment in a believer’s life!
It’s no different for the men, women and children you help through John 3:16 Mission.
In addition to sharing the Gospel, John 3:16 Mission teaches new believers how to follow Christ as disciples. One of the first steps is baptism, a truly powerful moment at the Mission!
Baptism is the outward expression of a person’s commitment to a life in Christ.
The old self is washed away and a new person rises from the waters, renewed and ready to live life in a God honoring way.
The Mission recently baptized 9 students in our New Creation men’s recovery program. Giovanni, Jordan, Zacharie, Ray, Lucas, Darrell, Jamie, Ron and Vance made public their joyful expression of being a disciple of Jesus. Praise God and way to guys!
