Who can come for a meal?
Anyone who is homeless or hungry.
All are welcome.
At John 3:16 Mission, we say that “Hope Begins with a Meal.”
What does that mean?
It means for that for a homeless, hungry person, a meal at John 3:16 Mission can be that first step to recovery. Every meal served is prepared with care and to high standards. Meals are not only filling and good nutritionally, they also taste great. Serving meals with excellence is part of the Mission’s belief in radical hospitality. Anyone who comes through the doors hungry should be treated with dignity and served a good meal.
The Mission serves about 650 meals a day, or around 238,000 meals per year.
At $2.11, each meal (and night of shelter) is an amazing value for Mission guests and offers donors an opportunity to give at a level that fits their financial capacity.
