BLAST K.I.D.S. is a monthly program for the young residents of nearby, low-income public housing complexes. Children are invited to attend a 2-hour faith-building festival (3 p.m. 6 p.m. on the 4th Friday of each month) at the Family & Youth Center. After being bused to the FYC, they receive dinner and participate in arts and crafts, recreation, bible study and music.

Once a year, John 3:16 Mission holds outreaches at several low-income apartment complexes in north Tulsa. The outreach raises awareness of the Mission's programs that benefit families and children. The event, typically held in mid-summer, includes dinner, music, arts and crafts, dance and a scriptural message. All residents of the complexes, and, in particular the children, are welcome to attend.
